Prescription ID Cards
You will be sent a Caremark Prescription ID Card in addition to your TRS ActiveCare BCBSTX Medical ID Card. Need to access a temporary card? You can do that here!
SWHP members have one card for both medical and Rx use. You may request a new ID card within the SWHP online portal.
