How do I login?
Enter your user name and password/pin.
- Your username is your full social security number with no dashes
- Your password/pin is the last four digits of your SSN followed by the last 2 digits in your year of birth (i.e. 444480)
If you are unable to recall you previous password, please call 866-409-3174 if you cannot recover your password/pin so they can reset it for you.
How do I complete my enrollment?
Once you have logged in, enrollment is easy! Just follow the directions on each page. Need help or prefer to enroll with an enroller on the phone? Give our Benefits Service Center a call at 1-866-409-3174.
