Welcome to the Uplift Benefits website where you will find information about our available plans. 2025-2026 Open Enrollment is going on July 14th through July 30th. Please be sure to review your benefits and beneficiaries, making any necessary changes for an effective date of September 1, 2025.

New Hires: You have 30 days from your hire date to enroll in benefits. Please see the 2025-2026 Benefits Guide or Guia de beneficios de Uplift 2025-2026. You will need to complete your enrollment by declining benefits or electing the coverages that best fit your needs. We also encourage you to update your contact information, beneficiaries, and dependents.

For online enrollment, use the following format as login information:
Employee ID or SSN: Your SSN with no formatting (#########)
PIN: Last 4 digits of your SSN and the last 2 digits of your birth year (######)
Example:
- John Smith | SSN: 123-45-6789 | DOB: 01-27-1993
- Employee ID or SSN: 123456789
- PIN: 678993
